Here you will find information about collection, use, storage, processing and protection of the personal data of the users of the triggo.ai web pages that browse the triggo.ai pages, in order to demonstrate absolute transparency in this respect and to clarify for all interested parties the types of data that are collected, the reasons for the collection, and the way in which users can manage or delete their personal information.
Any processing of personal data by triggo.ai will have a legal basis and will be carried out in a manner appropriate to the purpose for which it is collected and in accordance with strict standards of security, secrecy and reliability.
This document has been prepared in accordance with current legislation on the protection of Personal Data in Brazil, including the Federal Constitution, the Consumer Protection Code, the Civil Code, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Federal Law nº 12,965/2014), its regulatory decree (Decree nº 8,771/2016) and the General Law on Personal Data Protection (“LGPD” - Federal Law nº 13,709/2018).
Contact form: the data registered by the user who chooses to contact via form will be collected and stored until the user requests to unsubscribe.
Newsletter form: the email registered by the user who chooses to subscribe to the Newsletter will be collected and stored until the user requests to unsubscribe.
Data for navigation optimization: access to pages, keywords used in the search, recommendations, comments and IP address.
Through third parties: we receive data from the JobConvo platform when a user accesses our careers page and registers/logs in. The use of this data is authorised in advance by the user to the third party in question.
Application form for Trainee, internship or training programs: the data registered by the user who chooses to enroll in any corporate program will be collected and stored until the user requests to unsubscribe.
When the user registers in our contact forms: we collect basic identification data such as full name, company name, email, telephone, message written by the user, and other data necessary to facilitate the initial contact according to the proposal offered.
When the user registers in our newsletter form: we collect email.
When a user accesses our pages: we collect information about interaction and access to ensure a better user experience. These data may include keywords used in a search, comments, page views, the URL from which the user comes, the browser they use,and their access IPs, among others that may be stored and retained.
Sensitive data: no sensitive user data will be collected, i.e. data defined in articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR and in articles 11 and following of the Brazilian Data Protection Act.
The user’s personal data collected and stored by triggo.ai are intended to:
Improve the user experience: to improve the product and/or service offered, to facilitate and expedite contact and to provide specific functionalities depending on the user’s basic characteristics.
Improvements to services: to understand how the user uses our services in order to assist in the development of business and techniques.
Marketing: to present personalized ads to the user based on the data provided, to personalize the content offered, to publicize vacancies, events, new products, and updates.
Commercial: generate subsidies for new business and improve the quality of our services.
Training Programs/bootcamps: Offer professionals who sign up for our Trainee, Internship or Training programs (bootcamps/webinars) the opportunity to participate in a selection process for job vacancies with our company; Control access to the bootcamp class platform; Pre-selection and monitoring of the professional in training; Store the professional/student data (contact details requested in the application form) in our talent bank for open positions in our company.
Contact with the user, for commercial and/or promotional purposes, may occur via email (including email marketing), phone call or messages via applications and/or social media.
Users’ personal data is stored by triggo.ai for the period necessary for the provision of the service or the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this document, in accordance with the provisions of item I of article 15 of Brazilian Law 13709/18.
The data may be removed or anonymized at the user's request, except in cases where the law provides for other treatment.
Furthermore, users' personal data may only be kept after the end of their processing in the following cases provided for in article 16 of the aforementioned law:
Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligations by the controller;

Study by a research body, guaranteeing, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;
Transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set forth in this Law are complied with;

The information collected by triggo.ai will be stored and handled in a secure and safe environment. The company uses technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or illicit destruction, loss, alteration, communication or disclosure, with security standards in accordance with the protocols adopted by the market for the protection of personal data.
Triggo.ai cannot be held liable for the exclusive fault of a third party in the event of a hacker or cracker attack, or for the exclusive fault of the user, as in the case where the user himself transfers his data to a third party. Triggo.ai undertakes to notify the user in the event of a security breach of his personal data.
The personal data stored are treated confidentially, within the legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
Publications made by the user on our pages may contain personal information and, in such cases, are shared publicly with other users. The sharing of personal data processed by triggo.ai will occur in exceptional cases in order to comply with legal and/or regulatory obligations, to execute contracts that depend on data sharing, or if requested by the user himself. Such sharing may also occur with partner institutions or companies and information technology suppliers, subject to the obligation of confidentiality and the guarantee of compliance with the GDPR, including the adoption of security measures capable of protecting the personal data shared.
With the exception of the hypotheses indicated in section 07, personal data cannot be shared with third parties.
Triggo.ai will guarantee to owners of personal data the exercise of the rights foreseen in the legislation and in the applicable regulations, among them: confirmation of the existence of personal data processing; access to the data processed by the company; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data; anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive data or data processed in violation of the GDPR. Cookies refer to text files that are sent to the user's computer and in which information related to navigation is stored. Such information is related to access data such as location and time of access and is stored by the user's browser so that the site server can read it later.
