Users’ personal data is stored by triggo.ai for the period necessary for the provision of the service or the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this document, in accordance with the provisions of item I of article 15 of Brazilian Law 13709/18.

The data may be removed or anonymized at the user's request, except in cases where the law provides for other treatment.

SECTION 06 - SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA

The information collected by triggo.ai will be stored and handled in a secure and safe environment. The company uses technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or illicit destruction, loss, alteration, communication or disclosure, with security standards in accordance with the protocols adopted by the market for the protection of personal data.

Triggo.ai cannot be held liable for the exclusive fault of a third party in the event of a hacker or cracker attack, or for the exclusive fault of the user, as in the case where the user himself transfers his data to a third party. Triggo.ai undertakes to notify the user in the event of a security breach of his personal data.

The personal data stored are treated confidentially, within the legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

Triggo.ai will guarantee to owners of personal data the exercise of the rights foreseen in the legislation and in the applicable regulations, among them: confirmation of the existence of personal data processing; access to the data processed by the company; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data; anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive data or data processed in violation of the GDPR. SECTION 10 - COOKIES OR BROWSING DATA

Cookies refer to text files that are sent to the user's computer and in which information related to navigation is stored. Such information is related to access data such as location and time of access and is stored by the user's browser so that the site server can read it later.
